At Etaxxi, we believe in transparent pricing. The price shown on our website, app, or direct communication is all-inclusive and covers:
- ✅ GST
- ✅ Driver Allowance
- ✅ Toll Charges
- ✅ Parking Fees
- ✅ State Taxes
There are no hidden charges, and customers only pay the amount confirmed at booking.
1. Standard Pricing (All-Inclusive Per Km Rate)

| SUV | ₹12 – ₹15 | 250 km |
Note: Minimum fare is based on 250 km per day, even if the trip is shorter.
2. Multi-Day Trips & Additional Charges
For single-day trips, the price shown during booking is final. For multi-day trips, additional charges apply:
- Driver Allowance:
- ₹500 per day (Hatchback & Sedan)
- ₹600 per day (SUV)
- Night Stay Charges (if applicable): ₹500 per night if the driver stays overnight.
- Minimum Distance Per Day: 250 km per day will be billed, even if less distance is covered.
3. Airport Pickup & Drop Charges
- Airport parking and entry charges (if applicable) will be extra and paid by the customer.
- The driver will provide the exact payment slip as proof.
- Etaxxi does not add any additional service fee on airport charges.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation: The fare shown at booking is final and will not change.
- Cancellation Charges:
- Free cancellation if done 24+ hours before the trip.
- 50% charge if canceled within 12-24 hours before the trip.
- No refund for cancellations within 12 hours of departure.
5. Payment & Invoicing
- Accepted payment modes: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash.
- GST invoices are provided for all bookings.
